Buscaroli Studio

The growth studio that speaks the language of artisans, creatives and high-end businesses.

The same care you put into creating, we put into getting your work seen.

Content that sells.

Strategy, not effort

We turn scattered effort
into a strategic growth system.

We don’t start with marketing. We start with the business. Your craft is already excellent; the strategy and the time to get it in front of the right people. That’s on us.

Manifesto

Some things you understand through the hands.

Through the gesture redone until it’s right. Through the dedicated hours no one sees. Through the choice made, undone, and remade, until it becomes excellent.

We believe a value like this doesn’t need to shout to be recognized.

Because value isn’t born from perfection, but from the human imprint that makes each piece unique, unrepeatable.

Have you ever looked at what you’ve built and known it holds far greater potential than what you’ve achieved, and a value that deserves to reach more people?

And yet you feel it stays stifled: by promotional efforts that brought no real results, or by the sheer number of things to do?

What’s missing is the right strategy, so it’s seen, desired, and chosen by those who know how to value it.

Buscaroli Studio was born to be the bridge between creativity and human savoir faire and a business strategy that builds a more human, conscious, and efficient sales system.

For those who choose attention to detail, culture, originality, and the obsession with doing their best, instead of mass production, empty and soulless.

Here, we speak your language, so we can carry it to the world.

Our approach

Results delivered.

01Greater visibility and stronger brand positioning.
02Consistent communication across every channel.
03Higher sales conversion.
04Sharper strategic clarity and clear operational priorities.

What we see

Most brands we work with don’t lack excellence.

They lack the system that turns visibility into consistent sales.

  • A refined website, that doesn’t guide the client toward the sale.
  • Marketing and sales in isolated actions, with no real results.
  • Communication that doesn’t convey the full value, and without consistency across channels.
  • Content that generates visibility, but not conversion.

The result is a constant sense of effort: having to handle everything, with no time and no clarity on the next step. A lot of time and capital invested, without proportional growth in revenue.

The opportunity is bigger than producing more content or adding more actions.

It’s seeing the effort turn into visibility for the right client, and translate into revenue.

The Valore360 paths

The goal isn’t to optimize the pieces one by one. It’s to build the strategic AI-powered system of value and visibility where one piece amplifies the next.

Growth that elevates value

Two turning points that changed everythingThe origin of our savoir-faire

How did I end up in that situation?

I had just wrapped a marketing and sales consulting engagement focused on business growth, and instead of feeling excited, determined and fulfilled by what I had built, I felt deeply unhappy.

There had to be a way out. So I tried everything, paid traffic, content, the full playbook, and I only felt more drained.

So many years of effort at top schools (Mauá, Marangoni, Poli-MI…), courses and mentors (Grant Cardone, Russell Brunson…), only to feel undervalued and priced well below what my work was actually worth.

Then I opened a business book and read one line that changed everything:

Steve Jobs studied the strategy of luxury deeply to build the empire Apple became.

That stopped me cold. I had studied fashion and had never heard of a "strategy of luxury."

Steve Jobs has always been an inspiration for selling more than products, for delivering a differentiated, valuable experience to customers. So I decided to follow his steps and go deeper.

As I specialized in Luxury at ESPM and LVMH, and studied Kapferer straight from the source:

It felt like coming home after a long journey.

The feeling of finally stepping into a world that represents you, speaks your language, and that you had instinctively always defended.

My communication aligned. I started attracting the right clients, raised my prices, and closed more deals without feeling pushy. But the best part was finally feeling aligned with my purpose and mission, and seeing that what I was building actually changed my clients’ lives.

Everything seemed sorted, until…

a deep exhaustion began to take over:

  • More revenue
  • More work
  • Less time to actually live.

Even with a team, everything still ran through me, which meant I couldn’t invest in the things that would actually drive the growth I wanted.

I wanted to go further, reach the next level, but I couldn’t do everything myself.

I got close to giving up, but kept going, because I believed in my mission to empower business owners to grow while protecting their value, and I sensed there was a path I simply hadn’t found yet.

Until one day a video showed up that changed everything:

It framed artificial intelligence not as a Google that fetches answers or drafts text, but as something with the power to automate real work.

It felt like a divine answer to what I needed. From that point on, I learned how to learn: how to use technology to speed up reaching our goals, instead of letting it kill the dream.

Because when it’s used without strategy, balance and the luxury lens, it turns what was meant to be distinctive and desirable into just more of the same.

It’s built to be the "standard of perfection", but it’s precisely in the deliberate imperfection of the human hand that the artist’s unique signature lives.

The path for your business to grow in value isn’t picking one side or the other. It’s making Technological Luxury your strategic ally.

Valore360

4 integrated pillars.

One single architecture.

In the age of AI, communication will keep sounding more and more the same. You may already be noticing this on social media, where everyone seems to be writing the exact same things.

There’s only one way to stand out and stay ahead: a singular voice that carries your singular point of view.

Potential deliverables

  • Where you stand out from competitors
  • What makes you unmistakable (positioning)
  • A visual and verbal identity that honors your work
  • Your story, told to sell

Your product or service is more than an object. It’s an experience that captivates, delights and leaves clients craving more.

  • A presentation that makes saying "yes" easy
  • Sales material that convinces

  • A sales structure, from first contact to close

Luana Buscaroli

Luana Buscaroli

Luana Buscaroli is the founder of Buscaroli Studio and Ca’Øriginale.

Born in Brazil, with Portuguese and Italian roots, her story has always been shaped by a mix of cultures, places and identities. Her father was born in Angola, and her family history carries different influences that gave her an early sensitivity to culture, belonging and the way identity is expressed through what we create.

Before building her path in business and strategy, Lu also lived the world of rally, an experience that shaped her relationship with precision, courage, direction and fast decision-making.

Based in Italy, Lu has built her work at the intersection of business, culture, identity and craftsmanship.

With more than 10 years of experience in strategy, branding and growth, she has worked with brands, founders and creative businesses across Brazil, Europe and the United States.

Her work is guided by a simple belief: exceptional creations deserve more than visibility. They deserve to be understood, valued and remembered.

This is the belief behind Buscaroli Studio: helping people who create with excellence get found, sell at the right value, and grow, with strategy, not more effort.

Frequently asked questions

A higher price doesn't come from asking for more; it comes from making the value visible before the number ever appears. When the story, presence and experience of your work are aligned, the right client arrives already understanding why it's worth it. Our job is to build that perception with strategy, so your fair price stops being a negotiation and becomes a natural conclusion.

Big reach with the wrong audience only wears you out; what you want is to be found by people already looking for exactly what you make. That comes from clear positioning, the right words in the right places, and a presence that speaks the language of people who value you. We work to attract fewer browsers and more people ready to buy.

It can, as long as AI stays in service of your voice rather than replacing it. We use technology to lift the weight of the day-to-day, organize your ideas and widen your reach, always protecting what only your hands can do. What is handmade stays human; AI only handles what steals your time.

Most of the time it isn't a quality problem, it's a missing strategy connecting that work to the right people. Excellence without direction turns into effort that never compounds: plenty done, little gathered. Growth is less about working harder and more about aligning what you create, who it's for, and how those people find their way to you.

An agency usually runs separate tasks and hands back a package; we become your strategy and also the hands that bring it to life. It's done with you, at your pace and inside your vision, never taking the wheel out of your hands. Everything stays yours; we step in to make it happen with method.

It's for artisans, creatives and high-end businesses: ceramists, jewelers, bakers, woodworkers, ateliers and anyone who creates by hand. People who already have real, honest work and want it to grow through strategy, not more effort. If you take pride in what you make and want the right people to discover it, you're who we speak to.

It all begins with an alignment conversation, with no pressure and no obligation to commit. Together we understand where you are, where you want to go, and what the most sensible next step looks like. You leave that conversation with clarity, even if you decide to carry on by yourself.

Yes, that's exactly the idea: you focus on what only you can do, and we take on the strategy and the execution. We build the direction together and then carry the hands-on work, keeping you in the loop without overloading you. The goal is for growth to stop competing with your time to create.

Most founders don’t have an identity problem. They have a system problem. A beautiful brand. Strong products. Good content. Yet every channel tells a different story. Marketing works in campaigns. Sales work in isolation. Content creates visibility but not demand. The result isn’t a lack of effort. It’s scattered effort. At Buscaroli Studio, we don’t start with content. We start by connecting branding, marketing, sales and AI into one strategic growth system. Because growth doesn’t come from doing more. It comes from making everything work together. More sales. Same identity. Better structure. #marketingitalia #contentstratergy

🎥Dior, Hermès, Cartier #eccellenzaitaliana #artigianatodilussso #brandluxury #marketingdelllusso #strategiadibrand

A few weeks ago, I was in Portugal visiting Herdade dos Grous.

Before exploring

A few weeks ago, I was in Portugal visiting Herdade dos Grous. Before exploring their amazing winery, we had lunch at their restaurant overlooking the vineyards. The food was exceptional. The wine was surprising. The experience was exquisite. One of those places that makes you think: “I don’t want to tell anyone about this.” Not because you’re selfish. But because part of you wants to preserve what makes it special. Less people. Less noise. Less crowds. So I jokingly said exactly that: “I’m not telling anyone about this place.” But the response caught me by surprise. The waiter smiled and said: “That’s kind, but if people don’t come, we can’t keep doing what we do.” And he was right. That conversation stayed with me. So many incredible businesses live in the same contradiction. They create beautiful products. Craft exceptional experiences. Dedicate years to perfecting their craft. Yet somehow, they remain hidden. Afraid of becoming too commercial. Too visible. Too exposed. But the truth is: A business is not born to be a secret. A business is born to be discovered. By the right people. Visibility doesn’t diminish quality. Visibility allows quality to thrive. Because everyone loses when excellence remains hidden: The customer who never gets to discover it. And the people behind the business who never get fully recognized for the value of their work. At Buscaroli Studio, we create strategies and projects designed to bridge this gap, helping exceptional businesses turn their value into visibility, recognition, and growth. Because the market cannot value what it does not see.

For some people, the sound of a Ferrari is just noise. For others… it’s a dream.

For some people, the sound of a Ferrari is just noise. For others… it’s a dream. That’s the Ferrari Principle: to the wrong customer, even the strongest signal gets translated as “too expensive,” “too much,” “unnecessary,” “over the top.” If you sell craftsmanship, detail, experience, and bespoke work—but your message attracts people who only buy price + speed—the same thing happens every time: 😑 they ask for discounts, compare you to “equivalent” alternatives, and your value becomes… noise. Not because your work isn’t extraordinary. But because you’re speaking the language of people who don’t have an ear for your world. 💎 The diamond move isn’t talking louder. It’s talking more precisely—so the right people find you and, when they hear that “sound,” they say: I want it. If you want to attract clients who recognize value without you having to explain yourself every time, follow buscarolistudio. 🎥 Ferrari #marketingitalia #comunicazione #vendita #lusso #luxurystrategy

Efficiency matters. But it’s not a moat. This morning I read a post by marianacerone on LinkedIn about the role of culture in the AI era, and I wanted to share a few thoughts it sparked for me: The more I use AI and agents day to day, the more obvious it becomes: the human layer isn’t getting replaced — it’s getting more valuable. Forecasting, cost cutting, optimization — all useful. But they’re also replicable. Anyone can copy faster. Anyone can copy cheaper. What they can’t easily copy is desire and vision. Culture doesn’t come out of an algorithm. Symbolic value doesn’t emerge from operational efficiency alone. AI can improve the balance sheet, but it still won’t answer the only question that really matters: Why should anyone care about your brand? Only one person in the world can truly answer that question — and it’s not AI. It’s you. Your vision, your ideas, your unique perspective on the world — that’s the guide. That’s why the first thing I do with clients when developing a marketing and sales strategy is make sure the heart of the brand is aligned. Otherwise, it’s impossible to be seen and appreciated for your true value.
